Lillix
The Canadian group Lillix is made up 19-year old Lacey Lee Evin (keyboardist), her 17 year-old younger sister Tasha Ray (guitarist),
Louise Burns also 17 (bassist), and 23 year-old Kim Urhahn (drummer).

Their debut CD, Falling Uphill, which will be released May 13th, is a blend of ultra pop songs like those that gave Avril Lavigne a spot in the music industry ("Complicated" for example), and heavier rock songs that set Lillix apart from all the carbon copy pop stars these days. They are produced by Matrix, the company that gave Pink and Avril a name in the business. They're beginning to play in larger venues and can be heard doing their remake of the Romantics "What I Like About You" can be heard as the theme to a WB television show. No doubt this fiery quartet is on their way to stardom!

Fun Fact #1 - Their influences? Numous genres, including Thin Lizzy, Queen, the Pixies, P.J. Harvey, and Radiohead. What a Mix!

Fun Fact #2 - Their name was originally "Tigerlily", then after the girls realized there were other bands by that name, they changed it to "Tigerlily X" which then evolved into "Lily X" then finally Lillix.

Fun Fact #3 - The girls look up to musician John Mayer for his vocals and guitar playing.
